At Tres Technology Department, we are a team of approximately 300 people. Within the department, the Common Platforms team currently consists of 11 members. We develop applications that support a fast, scalable, and future-proof mobile network. We are now looking for a full-stack developer with a clear backend focus who wants to help develop new applications.

About the role

As a full-stack developer here, you build applications that simplify and streamline the operation and development of the mobile network, ensuring it scales to meet future demands.

You work together with the team's developers and architects, taking responsibility for maintaining, improving, and developing new Java-based backend applications. You also contribute to frontend development when needed, as well as improvements to CI/CD processes.

About you

You are curious, business-oriented, and quickly see the value of what you develop. You take responsibility, work proactively, and are happy to go the extra mile for both colleagues and the bigger picture. Since the role involves many touchpoints, you are communicative and confident in dialogues with both technical and business stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in full-stack development with a clear emphasis on backend. You are proficient in Java and Node, familiar with agile ways of working, and comfortable in CI/CD environments. You use Copilot or similar LLM tools and see AI support as a natural part of modern development. Experience with technical modernizations, microservices, or platform migrations is highly desirable. Knowledge in telecom, data modeling, Kubernetes/containerization, or Golang is also a plus.
