Do you want to work in a role where service, pace, and problem-solving are in focus? We are now looking for several Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Stockholm (Solna), where you will handle customer service for a well-known international e-commerce company.
This is a full-time position (100 %).
💬 About the RoleIn this role, you will handle incoming customer contacts and assist customers with questions related to orders, deliveries, and service issues, such as:
📦 Orders, changes, and order status 🚚 Deliveries and delivery-related questions 🔄 Returns and complaints 💬 General customer support and guidance
You will identify the customer's needs and guide them to a solution in a clear, engaging, and service-oriented manner.

⏰ Working HoursMonday–Sunday: 09:00–19:00
(Work is scheduled within our opening hours)
