We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst for an exciting and socially important assignment at Inera AB in Stockholm. This assignment is suitable for you who have extensive experience in requirements work in complex IT environments and want to contribute to the modernization of digital infrastructure within healthcare and social care.

Inera works to create conditions for the digitalization of welfare through shared digital infrastructure and architecture for regions, municipalities, and SKR. In this assignment, you will be part of a project within collaboration architecture, where the goal is to modernize the infrastructure for information exchange between actors within healthcare and social care.

>The project involves, among other things, a shift from SOAP-based integrations to modern integration patterns based on REST, APIs, and FHIR, as well as the establishment of new collaboration infrastructure that further develops the national service platform.

As a Requirements Analyst, you will support the project by analyzing, structuring, and documenting business and system requirements related to the new collaboration architecture.

In the role, you will among other things:

• collect and analyze needs from business, architects, and external stakeholders

• formulate and document functional and non-functional requirements

• structure requirements into epics, features, and user stories

• ensure requirement traceability between business goals, architecture, and implementation

• support architects with requirements related to the API platform, integration patterns, and security

• contribute to requirement models, process descriptions, and information models

• participate in workshops with regions, authorities, and other external actors

• support prioritization and refinement of the backlog together with product owners and project management

• contribute to requirement specifications prior to procurement or implementation of technical platforms

• document in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

You will work closely with enterprise, solution, and information architects, project management, development teams, internal business representatives, as well as external actors such as regions and authorities.

• at least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis in complex IT environments

• experience with large IT projects or transformation initiatives

• experience with API-based integration solutions and technical backend requirement specifications

• experience in formulating both functional and non-functional requirements

• experience in requirements work in collaboration between several organizations

• good experience with workshops and needs analysis

• very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• ability to work independently and take responsibility for a sub-area

• healthcare's digital ecosystem

• requirements work related to NMI-classified systems

• national service platform or similar integration platforms

• standards such as FHIR, HL7, or OpenAPI

• API management platforms

• information architecture or data modeling

• public sector

• security requirements for APIs, such as OAuth2, certificates, and identity management

You are a structured and self-reliant requirements analyst who thrives in complex contexts with many stakeholders. You have an easy time creating clarity, driving requirements work forward, and translating business needs into concrete, prioritized, and traceable requirements. You are used to collaborating closely with both business, architecture, and development, and have a good understanding of how technical solutions need to meet the business's goals and needs.
