We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst/IT Strategist for a joint hospital assignment within the area of IT Workplace. The assignment involves leading the work of collecting, analyzing, and structuring requirements from several operations with many stakeholders, and contributing to a common target vision and roadmap for the future digital work environment.
About the assignmentThe client has a need to develop and harmonize the IT Workplace area, including users' digital work environment, client platforms, peripheral equipment, identity and access solutions, as well as associated services and management processes.
As a consultant, you will work closely with relevant operations, service management, and the vendor. The role involves creating a cohesive requirements picture, identifying common needs and differences between operations, and developing strategic recommendations for further development.
ResponsibilitiesThe assignment includes, among other things:
- Leading requirements collection and analysis work within the IT Workplace area.
- Planning and conducting workshops and interviews with multiple stakeholders.
- Compiling, structuring, and documenting the operations' needs and requirements.
- Identifying common needs, priorities, differences, risks, and dependencies.
- Conducting current state analysis, gap analysis, and external/technical analysis.
- Developing a strategic target vision, principles, and choices for the area.
- Preparing an overarching plan/roadmap for further development.
- Supporting the organization in the dialogue with the current IT vendor.
- Developing decision support and recommendations for prioritized initiatives and next steps.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic IT work, such as developing IT strategies, target visions, or roadmaps.
- Documented experience leading requirements collection and analysis in large and complex organizations with many stakeholders.
- Experience in dialogue and management in relation to IT vendors.
- Good knowledge of modern solutions within IT Workplace, including:
- client platforms and endpoint management
- identity and access management, IAM
- application distribution and application management
- digital work environment and user experience
- Understanding of cloud-based workplace services and hybrid solutions.
- Good knowledge of information security related to client environments.
- Documented experience in planning and conducting workshops and interviews.
- Experience in structuring and documenting requirements pictures.
- Experience in developing strategic recommendations and decision support.
- Ability to apply established methods for target vision work, current state analysis, gap analysis, and roadmap planning.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
The consultant must be able to present two relevant reference assignments of a corresponding nature.
At least one of the reference assignments must have been for an organizationally complex client with multiple levels and stakeholders, as well as at least 5,000 workstations. At least one assignment must have been within the public sector. Both assignments must have lasted for at least six consecutive months and been carried out fully or partially during the last three years.
Supplementary reference assignments can be provided later.
MeritoriousIt is meritorious if you have:
- Longer experience of preliminary studies or investigations related to requirements gathering and specification within IT Workplace.
- Experience leading, being responsible for, and coordinating requirements gathering within IT Workplace.
- Experience working on entire projects, from preliminary study/investigation to final delivery.
- Experience from the public sector, healthcare, or larger complex organizations.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured, communicative, and confident in leading dialogue with many different stakeholders. You have the ability to create clarity in complex environments, weigh together different needs, and formulate recommendations that can form the basis for strategic decisions.
You are used to working both close to operations and technically oriented, and can translate needs, risks, and opportunities into a concrete and feasible roadmap.
