Your role

We are now looking for a Facility Technician for Luleå. The position involves working with all of our premises in Luleå, but you will be based at the Lab & Innovation Centre, which opened in autumn 2024 on Porsön in Luleå and contains offices and labs. In your daily work, you are operationally responsible for the ongoing operation of our properties. This involves both practical work and some coordination of operations staff, contractors, and activities. You will also handle, update, and ensure the quality of information in our property system, Momentum Fastighet och Energi. In addition, you will work on development tasks related to property management. We expect you to be proactive in continuously improving our property portfolio. You will be part of the Gällivare office organization, where your nearest manager is stationed.

• A high school education is required; specialization in control and regulation is meritorious.
• A Category B driver's license is required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Several years of experience from the technology and/or property industry is required.
• Experience with PBL, BBR, BAS-U, and BAS-P is required.
• Good computer skills and ability to handle Office programs are required.
• Previous experience working with control, ventilation, plumbing/HVAC, and/or electricity is meritorious.
