Here at Rasta Lilla Edet, we have a restaurant focusing on traditional Swedish home cooking, a hotel, as well as a well-stocked traffic shop operated under the OKQ8 brand.

As a restaurant assistant at Rasta, you are an important part of the team and ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience. You work in a varied and service-oriented environment where you meet guests, handle food and drinks, and contribute to a clean and cozy restaurant. The pace can be high, but with the right attitude and good teamwork, we create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and colleagues thrive.

Responsibilities

• The role of Restaurant Assistant primarily involves preparing sandwiches and salads, serving the daily special, light cooking of our à la carte menu, as well as cash register duties.
• There are also many secondary tasks associated with a restaurant, such as cleaning and dishwashing, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• Service-oriented attitude: Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress tolerance & flexibility: The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak hours.
• Basic cash register experience: Experience with cash register systems and payment handling is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant experience: Experience in the restaurant and fast-food industry is a significant advantage.

Salary: According to collective agreement.
