Do you want to work with maintenance and problem-solving at one of Sweden's most beautiful workplaces? We are looking for you who are interested in property maintenance and related problem-solving in the operation of larger commercial properties.

Are you the positive problem solver we are looking for? In the role of property technician, you are responsible and take on tasks that arise in daily operations. You work closely with both property technicians and property engineers on the same department. In the area where the department is responsible, there are several larger commercial properties that include, among other things, hotels, restaurants, adventure baths, spa and relaxation departments, and shops.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of interior and exterior environments and handling reported defects.
  • Plan and organize maintenance work for the properties.
  • Perform and participate in the development of the department's daily routines.

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant and enjoys the combination of technology, problem-solving, and communication. We also see that you are driven and goal-oriented in your work. Although your days mainly consist of troubleshooting and improvement work, you have many contact points, both internally and externally, which means you need to enjoy meeting other people. In this role, you are expected to take great responsibility, and we see it as particularly important that you have a good ability to develop structures and working methods to maintain quality in your daily work. You value collaboration and therefore have good teamwork skills.

Prerequisites:

  • You master the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
  • Category B driver's license for a car with a manual gearbox.

Merits:

  • Experience working with administrative maintenance systems.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The working hours are scheduled daytime, both weekdays and Saturdays/holidays during the winter season. On-call duty may occur.

Interviews may take place continuously during the period, and the position may therefore be filled before the period ends.

We think it's the best thing there is to work with memorable mountain experiences year-round!

Our staff is our absolute greatest asset. A shared commitment and a strive to create a great mountain experience for our guests is a large part of our success. Here, you can be yourself and have fun, while delivering significant results together with fantastic colleagues.

At SkiStar, we are more than 700 full-time employees who together work with sales, finance, operations, activities, IT, administration, logistics coordination, property services, and marketing. During the winter season, we also have over 2,700 seasonal employees.
