ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for building material budgets and offer calculations within the company's project operations. You will work closely with the purchasing function and other parts of the organization to ensure efficient and accurate budget processes.

You will act as a sub-project manager in larger projects together with purchasing project managers, where you drive the work forward and ensure delivery according to plan. The role involves significant personal responsibility and requires you to independently collect and analyze information from several functions such as purchasing, finance, legal, production, and engineering.

How a day as a Project Manager might look:

• Create and develop material budgets and offer calculations for new projects
• Follow up and analyze material budgets in ongoing projects
• Develop and improve processes related to budgeting and follow-up
• Participate in and drive sub-projects within purchasing
• Possibly work with index calculations in supplier agreements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
• Hold a university or civil engineering degree from a technical education
• Possess very good skills in Excel
• Have experience working cross-functionally in organizations
• Are open to business travel
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious but not a requirement if you have a military background or experience from the construction and civil engineering industry.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
