We are now looking for a Supervisor for our team handling parties, pop-up events, trade fairs, and meetings!

About the role

As a Supervisor in Banquet & Events, you play a key role in daily operations. You lead work shifts, coach the team, and ensure that our procedures and quality standards are followed.

You are a confident floor leader who makes quick decisions when needed and serves as a natural sounding board for your colleagues. With your energy and presence, you contribute to a positive work climate – for both the team and our guests.

The role involves close collaboration with several departments, such as sales, booking, kitchen, production, cleaning, and staffing. You plan for upcoming events, drive the execution of daily activities, and handle administrative tasks related to the business.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have a genuine interest in service and guest experience and are a team player who is also confident in taking responsibility and leading others. You are flexible, structured, and able to prioritize effectively even when the pace is high and many things are happening simultaneously.

We would appreciate experience from event operations, preferably within larger hotels or venues, and previous supervisory experience is a plus. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and additional language skills are an advantage.

The position is permanent within the Visita Unionen agreement area on a full-time basis. Employment will commence upon agreement.
