Great! We are looking for two experienced Collection Specialists for a consultancy assignment with a client in Gothenburg, starting immediately for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of permanent placement for the right candidates.

About the role
You will become an important part of the collections function and a key player in handling unpaid receivables. You will independently drive collection cases through the entire process, from first contact to decisions regarding legal action. The role is operational and requires both analytical skills and professional communication.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you are independently responsible for:

• Handling and driving collection cases through the entire debt collection chain.
• Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email, and letters.
• Investigating and handling disputes, bankruptcies, and debt adjustment proceedings.
• Making decisions on payment demands and enforcement.
• Ensuring correct documentation and diligent case follow-up.
• Working in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the company's ethical guidelines.

Your background
We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–4 years of experience in debt collection.
• Confident experience in debt processes and working with large volumes of collection cases.
• Good ability to understand and handle legal issues (meritorious).
• Experience with the collection system Aptic.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
