Do you have experience with municipal investigations and thrive with analysis, structure, and clear deliverables? In this part-time consulting assignment, you will work on decision and analysis support for a municipal organization, with the possibility of remote work.
About the Role
This is a 50% consulting assignment starting in mid-May and running until the end of August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment can be performed entirely remotely.
About the Client
Our client is a municipality in northern Västmanland. You will work closely with the municipal management and other functions within the organization on analysis and investigation assignments with clear delivery requirements. This role suits you if you are accustomed to handling municipal cases and enjoy working independently.
Responsibilities
As an investigator, you are responsible for producing analysis and decision support materials across several parallel assignments. You collect, process, and analyze information while ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and meet municipal requirements. The role involves ongoing dialogue with municipal management and other stakeholders, while you drive your work independently.
Examples of tasks include:
- Compiling and analyzing materials for municipal investigations
- Driving and documenting capacity analyses linked to state funding
- Producing analysis and reporting materials for gender equality work in collaboration with external parties
- Ensuring cases follow municipal processes and timeframes
- Providing structured decision support to the municipal management
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
- Experience working within municipal or public sector operations
- Good understanding of municipal case handling and decision-making processes
- Proficiency in analyzing, compiling, and drafting reports and decision support materials
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits:
- University degree in social sciences, public administration, or similar
- Experience with capacity or gender equality analyses, or collaborative projects
- Experience working closely with municipal management or political levels
To succeed in this role, you take responsibility for your deliverables and work systematically towards clear deadlines. You have an analytical approach and are confident in planning and driving your work independently. Since the work may be performed fully or partially remotely, depending on your location, you are communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital collaboration. You work professionally with a clear focus on delivering useful results.

Salary: According to agreement
Other: 50% scope, period May 18 to August 31
