Närvård Department 95 currently has 14 care beds, and we provide 24/7 care primarily for multi-morbid elderly people in the local area. We offer care within various fields including medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and palliative care. This provides a broad scope in patient management. The department also hosts day patients who, for example, receive blood transfusions or other infusions during the day.

We have developed a concept for our patients who often require care, allowing them to come directly to the department for immediate admission, so-called "Näva patients." We work in teams around the patient and also have the Primary Care Team linked to the department for direct admissions.

The workplace has an attractive work environment and friendly colleagues. You will have the opportunity for individual schedule planning, and different forms of employment can be discussed. You will be eligible for a bonus system when working mixed shifts, which means an extra payment twice a year.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse, you work in a team with assistant nurses, doctors, and occupational therapists. You are responsible for the patient's daily nursing care and lead the work within the team. Various medical tasks are included in the work, such as infusions, blood transfusions, and sampling, among others. Together with other links in the care chain, such as municipalities, we create high quality and security for the patient and their relatives.

Since the department operates 24/7, the work involves shifts during the day, evening, night, and weekends.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience from inpatient care is seen as meritorious but not a requirement.

You are responsible, solution-focused, and proactive. To thrive with us, you must be able to work both independently and in a team. Always keeping the patient's best interests in focus is obvious to us.
