We are a recently well-funded startup building tools to help society withstand and adapt to security threats, natural disasters, extreme weather, and other risks. Our platform enables simulation, scenario planning, incident management, and early warning, helping organizations prepare for the unexpected.

We work closely with actors within government agencies and critical infrastructure, which entails high demands for both technical security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a Security Architect who wants to help build security operations from the ground up in an environment where security is business-critical. This is a central role where you are responsible for establishing and developing the security architecture for our platforms and solutions. You will work closely with development and technology with a clear focus on building security in from the start, while ensuring we meet requirements from customers in highly regulated environments.

The role also involves acting as a bridge between technical implementations and requirements within information security and compliance. You will work closely with the CISO on governance and regulatory matters, translating frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2 into practical and sustainable technical solutions.

• Build security architecture for systems, infrastructure, and information flows

• Implement and configure security solutions within areas such as cloud, networking, IAM, and encryption

• Integrate security into development processes through practices like secure by design and DevSecOps

• Conduct risk analyses, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments

• Further develop work related to incident management and security monitoring

• Support development teams in translating security requirements into technical implementations

• Participate in customer dialogues where security requirements need to be understood, interpreted, and realized

• Extensive experience in security architecture or related technical security work

• Ability to both design and implement security solutions yourself

• Experience working with requirements related to information security and compliance

• Knowledge in areas such as IAM, cryptography, and secure development principles

• Experience with risk analysis, incident management, and vulnerability assessments

We consider it a merit if you have experience from on-premise, regulated environments such as the public sector, defense, or critical infrastructure, as well as frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
