As a Project Manager, you will hold a central and operational position, working cross-functionally across multiple product development projects. You will be responsible for creating structure, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring progress throughout the entire development process. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor several parallel projects
  • Ensure progress by driving and following up on internal activities
  • Lead meetings and manage project and technical documentation
  • Identify risks and work systematically with follow-ups

We Are Looking For

  • Experience in project management or project coordination (approx. 2–5 years)
  • Experience from a technical environment (e.g., industry, production, or product development)
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and follow up on tasks

Additional Qualifications (Merits)

  • Technical education (e.g., university degree or civil engineer)
  • Background in engineering (mechanical or electrical), manufacturing, or product development
  • Experience working closely with production or physical products
  • Previous experience with certification processes or technical documentation
  • Experience in improving or implementing project processes
