We are looking for young people who are ready to give their all to make our residential areas even better and more pleasant. Together with our team of friendly and skilled colleagues, you will be the face of Sveafastigheter.

For Summer 2026, we are looking for:

Property Caretaker (from age 16)

You will help out with maintaining the outdoor environment, such as painting and clearing flower beds. Additionally, you will ensure that everything is clean and tidy. We need someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working with others. A driver's license is not a requirement, but it is a bonus if you have one!

Team Leader (from age 18)

As a team leader, you will have the chance to lead a small group of employees while also helping out with the outdoor maintenance. We expect you to take initiative and solve problems that arise during the day. This is perfect for you if you want to build your work experience and gain great references for the future. A Category B driver's license is required for this role.
