We are looking for an experienced and driven foreman for our contracting department, focusing on machine operations and water and sewerage (VA) projects. You will be responsible for leading field production, ensuring quality and safety, and driving projects according to schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and distribute work on construction and infrastructure sites (VA, excavation, groundworks, machinery).
• Ensure that work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures (Safety, Environment, Quality).
• Resource and machinery planning, as well as material ordering.
• Monitoring of schedules, costs, and reporting to the project manager.
• Employee responsibility: supervision, working environment, and competence development for the team.
• Contact with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foreman/contracting engineer in groundworks and VA projects (3–5 years is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of excavation, piping works, backfilling, drainage, and machinery handling.
• Category B driver's license; license for larger machinery or forklift is advantageous.
• Knowledge of working environment regulations, BAS-U/P, and relevant legislation.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, make decisions, and possess good communication skills.
• Independent, confident in the leadership role, and solution-oriented.
