ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT Technician at our client's site, you will become part of an engaged team in Linköping responsible for providing and operating the platform behind the company's technical solutions. Here, you will handle business-critical systems for storage, server environments, and virtualization, with a focus on stability and security.

The role offers great variety as you work in several different operational environments and play a central role in administering, troubleshooting, and developing the underlying infrastructure. You will join an experienced team where knowledge sharing and mentorship are a natural part of daily life. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration and troubleshooting of systems, servers, and networks.
• Management of storage solutions, primarily NetApp.
• Creation and maintenance of virtual environments (VMware).
• Contribution to projects related to data centers and infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal groups within server and data center operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Have experience from an IT role, preferably within second-line support or system administration.
• Have a good basic understanding of networking and server infrastructure.
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to develop within operations and infrastructure.

We would also appreciate if you have previous experience or knowledge in:

• VMware, NetApp, or similar technologies.
• Virtualization and storage environments.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. This position requires you to undergo and pass the current security clearance requirements. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
