Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good experience with modern IT environments. It is also a big plus if you bring any of the following to the table:

• Cloud Focus: You have been exposed to Azure and feel comfortable navigating cloud-based ecosystems.

• Identity Management: You have experience with, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

• Consultancy Mindset: You have previously worked in a customer-facing role or as a consultant and understand the importance of delivering high service quality.

• Order and Precision: You see the value in good documentation and understand that a smooth handover is key to a successful project.

Technical Competency Requirements:

• Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace We are looking for you who have practical experience driving and executing technical projects within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a special focus on:

• Tenant Migrations: Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, including the migration of users, email, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Endpoint Management (Intune): Practical experience with Intune projects, including device registration (Windows/iOS/Android) as well as configuration of policies, compliance, and application management.

• Security & Identity: Implementation of security-enhancing measures such as Conditional Access, MFA, and adherence to M365 Security Best Practices.

• Infrastructure & Hybrid Environments You have a solid technical foundation and feel at home in both physical and virtual environments:

• Server & Virtualization: Good competence in server operations in virtual environments (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) as well as classic on-premises environments.

• Hybrid Solutions: A good understanding of how Microsoft 365 interacts with local infrastructure in hybrid configurations.

• Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls, as well as an understanding of the network's critical role in modern cloud and hybrid environments.
