Job Description
The section receives requests where requirements work is a central part, and we therefore need a resource consultant who can strengthen our section in this area.

The section is a strategic, governing, and supporting function that, in collaboration with the business, works with development work as well as coordination, management, and development of plant-wide areas, methods, and tools. The section advocates for a holistic perspective at the organizational level.

The Requirements Analyst is to drive the requirements work forward and support the project/assignment manager in order to create the conditions for the project/assignment deliverables.

Requirements

1. An academic degree at least at bachelor's level in IT, Computer Science, or Systems Science.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the role of a Requirements Analyst, within business development, system development, and/or IT projects, working with tasks such as collection and prioritization of requirements, workshop facilitation, etc.
3. At least 5 years of experience working with tools and platforms for requirements management, such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
4. At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and broadly with requirements work, where the consultant has handled requirements within at least two of the following areas: process development, IT systems (frontend/backend), IT hardware, and Operational Technology (OT).

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working with agile methods.
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of assignment or project manager.
• Certification in agile methods, SAFe, or Scrum.
