We are looking for a highly experienced UX Designer for a long-term assignment with overall responsibility for user-centered design. The role spans both strategy and operational work, focusing on creating intuitive and scalable solutions in a complex, regulated environment.

• Drive the entire UX process from research to final solution

• Ensure quality in UX deliverables

• Translate business and user needs into concrete design solutions

• Conduct user research, interaction design, and prototyping

• Plan and conduct user testing

• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams

• Clear and user-friendly design solutions

• Prototypes and design flows ready for implementation

• Insight-driven improvement proposals based on research and testing

• Documented UX process and decision-making basis

• Scalable solutions adapted to regulatory requirements

Required Competencies:

• Very senior experience in UX design

• Documented experience driving the entire UX process (analysis → delivery)

• Ability to work both strategically and operationally

• Strong expertise in:

  • User Research

  • Interaction Design

  • Prototyping

  • User Testing

• Experience translating business and user needs into scalable solutions

• Experience from fintech/banking, including regulatory requirements and security

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with complex systems and large organizations

• Previous responsibility for UX strategy or design leadership

• Self-driven and responsible

• Clear communicator

• Accustomed to working in cross-functional teams

• Structured and solution-oriented
