Stora Coop Sisjön is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear organic profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store has approximately 60 employees and a number of part-time workers.

We are now looking for you who want to make our manual counters a success!

In your role as the person responsible for fish, you will have varied tasks such as serving customers at the store's manual counters, as well as being responsible for purchasing, sales, and self-control in the department. You will possess top expertise in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments take place in an efficient and professional manner.

We want you to be good at communicating, clear in your leadership, and have a coaching and supportive approach towards your colleagues. Furthermore, you are skilled at inspiring and engaging your employees.

Previous experience from delicatessen and fish is seen as highly meritorious.

We want you to love sales and create an experience for the customer!

The position is a permanent position of 35 hours/week with immediate start or according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing; the position may be filled before the final application date.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
