We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Technical Customer Support representative for a rapidly growing SaaS company. About the role
At our client's company, you will become a central part of the customer experience. You will be the link between users, the product, and technology. You play a crucial role in ensuring that customers get the maximum value out of the platform.
You will not only answer questions; you will troubleshoot, analyze, guide, and influence. The role also involves close collaboration with development and product teams, where your input contributes to shaping future solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers move forward
- Communicate solutions in a clear and pedagogical manner
- Work closely with product and development teams to resolve more complex cases
- Identify patterns in support tickets and contribute to improvements
- Participate in developing and streamlining support processes
We believe you:
- Have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding systems in depth

- Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in SaaS, technical support, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or databases
- Experience from a rapidly growing company or startup environment
