As a sales associate, you will always be at the center of the action, creating an inspiring and sales-driven store environment together with your colleagues. You are passionate about our products and want to contribute to our vision "we create happy moments".

You ensure that all Lagerhaus visitors are met by knowledgeable and accessible sales staff who love meeting our customers and helping them refresh and decorate their homes!

Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for you with experience in sales roles, preferably from retail. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with a similar assortment as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as an eye for the visual.
• We want you to be goal- and results-oriented. It is an advantage if you are, for example, experienced and skilled at recruiting new members to the customer club.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented. At Lagerhaus, you work alone in the store during certain shifts, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done.
• We believe you have an easy time collaborating and building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, engagement, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: The position is a permanent part-time position (6 hours/week), with a probationary period.
• Location: The store on Östra Hamngatan.
• Schedule: Varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.
• Start: 2026-06-01.
• The hours will increase during the summer. You should be able to work more during weeks 23–33.
