You enjoy supervising staff in healthcare matters and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with the rest of the staff.
You have a genuine interest in the target group and are driven by the desire to create meaning in the daily lives of each individual.
For this role, it is important that you are interested, put the team before yourself, and have a desire to develop and contribute to development.
