Have experience with grinding, milling, and/or chipping
Are accustomed to working within construction, demolition, or industry
Have good physical fitness and work ethic
Are responsible and safety-conscious
Can work both independently and in a team

Meritorious qualifications:

Experience from industrial projects (e.g., power plants, process industry)
Hot work certificates, lift tickets, or other relevant training
Category B driver's license
