The position also includes all regular sales duties found in the store, such as sales, picking goods, merchandising, and cash register work.

Who are you? It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You are cheerful and positive, enjoy working in a group, and have the ability to inspire and communicate. You get things done, like working at a fast pace, and can handle stressful environments. You likely see yourself in the future as a Store Manager for your own store, and you show commitment to getting there.
Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. I look forward to receiving your application!
Coop Norrbotten is a retail cooperative owned by approximately 155,000 members in Norrbotten. The association has 41 stores/hypermarkets, approximately 740 full-time employees, and a gross turnover of approximately 3.3 billion SEK. Stores range from Kiruna in the north to Piteå in the south. The service office is located at Storheden in Luleå.
Coop Norrbotten is one of Norrbotten's largest employers with many challenging jobs. We are on an exciting journey of change to meet future food customers just as well and naturally in our physical stores as on Coop.se.
The ongoing change involves many extra challenges, but also opportunities. And you are never alone. If there is anything we are particularly proud of, it is our employees. By successfully recruiting many competent employees, we work together towards the future.
Coop is unique! It is easy to think that all grocery stores are the same. Same products on the shelves, same shopping carts, and the checkout at the exit. But Coop is different because we are owned by our 3.5 million members. That is what makes us unique. It also gives us extra large responsibility, but also extra large opportunities.
Coop is one of Sweden's largest employers, and we are driven by the mission to give everyone access to good food. We are on an exciting journey to become the good force in food-Sweden. We aim to simplify everyday life and give everyone access to good raw materials – something that is good for body, soul, and our environment.
Coop has long been at the forefront and realized the importance of ecological thinking. Our fish is certified, chickens are free-range, and our own brand Änglamark is named Sweden's Greenest Brand – but our journey does not end there.
Together with our employees, we work every day with our customers to continue to be the best in sustainable development, and now we are investing even more in spreading food joy and more love for good raw materials.
Together we can and must become the good force in food-Sweden!
We value the qualities that a balanced age and gender distribution, as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, bring to the business.
