WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

In this role, you are the customer's first point of contact and have primary responsibility for answering incoming calls. You work in a busy and dynamic environment where cases vary, and your focus is always on providing personal, professional, and efficient service.

You handle everything from questions about how to become a customer to administrative tasks such as retrieving invoice copies. Through your daily work, you gain a broad understanding of how the business operates—in this case, how a bank works—and you gradually build strong product and service knowledge.

In interactions with customers, you are curious, attentive, and see opportunities to guide and inform about relevant products and services—even when the customer does not explicitly ask for it. In addition to customer dialogue, administrative tasks may also occur as a natural part of the role.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you are at the beginning of your career. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you are curious.

• Previous experience in a service role
• Comfortable using the phone as your primary work tool
• High school diploma
• Basic understanding of economics
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.

Additional qualifications include previous experience in a customer service role or a similar role where the phone was the main tool.
