General Psychiatry/Psychosis Department

The department works with patients suffering from affective disorders, eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, and psychosis. The department has a total of 16 care beds, of which 7 are designated for psychosis conditions requiring inpatient care. The staff group consists of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, and care assistants. The work group is a mix of employees with many years of experience working at the clinic and newly recruited employees with a burning interest and curiosity, creating a stimulating atmosphere in the workplace.

We are in constant development. We work to improve the employees' working environment, for example through "Green Cross," which gives us the opportunity to provide our patients with good care and stimulate employees to further development at a professional and personal level.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are primarily responsible for nursing care and have a supervisory function. You lead the work in consensus with other professional groups in the team. As a nurse, your duties include creating a care plan together with the patient, documentation, medication distribution, conversations with patients and relatives, and more. In addition to the usual tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in development work on the unit.

Your Qualifications

You are a registered nurse, preferably with psychiatric experience and specialist training in psychiatry. As a person, you are stable and confident in your professional role. You are responsible and can work independently and take initiative, while also seeing the value of good cooperation with colleagues. In your interaction with patients, you have a professional and open attitude and a holistic view of the human being.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date as agreed. Individual deviations in the schedule can be discussed.
