💼 About the role

In this role, you will work closely with large corporate clients and their IT organizations to ensure a smooth adaptation to SEK Batch and ISO 20022 standards. You will become a vital link between operations, the customer, and the development team in the work of modernizing file-based payments and reporting.

🛡️ You will primarily:

• Support customers in adapting payment flows to new formats
• Collaborate with both internal teams and customers' IT departments
• Contribute to the development and improvement of services within file payments
• Work with testing, verification, and quality assurance of payment flows
• Ensure smooth handling of reporting and transaction data

🧑‍💻 We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate payments and payment flows
• A relevant university degree in IT, Systems Science, or Economics
• Good understanding of Bankgirot products and their equivalents in ISO 20022
• Knowledge of file formats such as Pain.001 and Camt
• Understanding of testing processes and system flows within payments
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business operations
• Advantageous: Experience in cash management
