DC Talents is currently looking for an IT Consultant for a growing company where you will work broadly with IT support and modern cloud services. The position is full-time with an immediate start or according to agreement. This is a direct recruitment process; DC Talents handles the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by the client.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will effectively act as the client's external IT department, working with varied tasks within IT support and operations. You will handle incoming issues via tickets and assist clients with everything from simple problems to more advanced technical solutions. The work is primarily performed from the office, helping clients remotely, but occasionally also on-site at the client's location.

You will become part of a small team that collaborates closely with the parent company, providing both a family-like atmosphere and access to a larger network of colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming IT issues and provide support to clients
• Work with and develop clients' IT environments
• Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, including permissions and setup
• Troubleshooting of printers, clients, and applications such as Teams
• Install computers and software for new users
• Work with modern cloud services, including Copilot
• Manage servers, networks, and operations (advantageous but not required)

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and a love for problem-solving. Prior experience in IT support is not required but is considered an advantage. The most important qualities are your technical curiosity and willingness to develop. We would appreciate it if you are the type of person who enjoys working with IT and technology even in your spare time.

Good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
