About the role

Pannpartner was founded in 1992 and is a well-established family-owned company with strong specialist competence in steam boilers, steam systems, and water treatment equipment. Today, they have eight employees, own production in Falun, as well as their own service personnel and cooperating service companies around the country. The product range consists mainly of water treatment equipment, steam boilers, fittings, and control equipment, and they currently have customers such as Arla, LKAB, Stockholm Exergi, Billerud Korsnäs, and Spendrups. With the industry's transition to green energy, there is an increasing demand for Pannpartner's products and services, and therefore they need to expand the team with one more service technician.

Responsibilities

Initially, you will work alongside one of the current service technicians, but in the long term, the plan is for you to be responsible for your own customers. The role involves travel primarily within Sweden, and you will work with service, maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and repair of steam and water treatment products. In the long term, you can further develop into a role such as project manager or technical sales.

In the role of Service Technician, you will, for example:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and test reported faulty products.
  • Check the functions of the product
  • Conduct training with customers to teach them about Pannpartner's products
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of systems at new customer sites
  • Answer questions and provide advice regarding the products

  • A technical education in areas such as control and regulation technology, installation, plumbing/HVAC, mechanics, or similar
  • A few years of work experience as a service technician
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • The ability to travel for work, including overnight stays
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
