Are you interested in working within healthcare and care services in Storfors Municipality? We are looking for individuals interested in working as hourly employees in Specialized Housing and Short-term Care. We offer meaningful work for our elderly residents.

Responsibilities

We are seeking hourly substitutes for our specialized housing facilities:

• Sjögläntan
• Humlegården

Here is some information about the role:

As staff in specialized housing, your duties include supporting daily life through social interaction and activities, assistance with personal hygiene, cleaning/laundry, documentation, medication management, and delegated tasks from nurses.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have healthcare education or alternatively experience from care work or other experience that the employer considers meritorious.

You must be at least 18 years old and possess Swedish language skills sufficient to communicate with residents and colleagues, as well as to document as required by the operations.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

To fit the role, we see that you are social, empathetic, able to work independently and in a team. You should have the customer's needs at the center and maintain a professional attitude towards residents, relatives, and colleagues.

Other Information

The work is scheduled during days/evenings/nights, as well as weekend duties.

Interviews and appointments are conducted on a rolling basis.

Background Check
