About the role

As a Damage Advisor, you will work with meeting customers, offering world-class service, and handling the damage process from start to finish. Your tasks include customer reception, scheduling, rental car booking, invoicing, damage inspection, and calculations for insurance companies. You are also responsible for planning the work for damage technicians in Cabplan.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for you who have good knowledge of cars and car repairs, preferably with experience as a damage estimator, damage advisor, mechanic, or damage repairer. It is an advantage if you have vehicle technical education and documented experience from the automotive industry. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a strong sense of service, are solution-oriented, and strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize in a workday that may involve many different tasks. Experience working in Cabas, as well as using the telephone and computer as work tools, is required, as is a B-driving license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and an attitude of always seeing solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and employees. Since the tasks are numerous and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize, be structured, and be meticulous in your approach. A requirement is familiarity with working in Cabas, as well as using the telephone and computer as work tools.
