Do you want to work broadly with IT in a business where technology meets people every day? We are now looking for an IT Technician for Releasy Customer Management AB in Linköping.

In this role, you will have a central part in ensuring that our IT environments function stably, efficiently, and user-friendly – both locally and across several countries.

About the role

As an IT Technician, you will work both operationally and proactively with our IT environment. You will be responsible for resolving incidents, supporting users, and contributing to the improvement of our technical solutions over time.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• IT support and troubleshooting in client environments and systems
• Administration and development of Microsoft environments
• Management of users, permissions, and devices
• Basic network-related troubleshooting
• Identification and analysis of recurring issues
• Improvement work to increase stability and efficiency

An important part of the role is also working closely with the operations on-site. Therefore, travel to our offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Spain is a natural part of the job.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience working as an IT Technician or within IT support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, for example:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure / Entra ID
  • Windows clients
• Basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious experience

• Experience with IT in contact center environments
• Experience with Genesys Cloud
• Experience with Intune and larger, distributed IT environments
• Language skills in Norwegian and/or Finnish
