Are you our next ambassador? We are looking for a sales-oriented relationship builder for our new team!

Do you love talking to people, spreading energy, and building trust in just a few seconds? Then we are looking for you as we build our brand new sales team in Halland!

At Eriks Window Cleaning, we are currently Sweden's largest provider of exterior window cleaning via subscription. With over 200,000 cleanings per year and 50,000 satisfied customers, we have a stable foundation, but now we want to grow even more. We are looking for someone who lives in or near Halmstad, Varberg, or Falkenberg and wants to be one of the key pillars in our new sales initiative.

About the role - more than just sales

As a salesperson with us, you offer an efficient and appreciated service that makes everyday life easier for thousands of households. Your arena is primarily villa areas and row house districts where you create contact with future customers through personal meetings at the door. As a complement to field meetings, there is also some sales and follow-up via phone, making your daily work both varied and efficient.

You work together with a driven sales team where we support each other, lay the foundation for our new sales force, and celebrate successes together.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00–20:00. (Perfect for those who want to sleep in and enjoy completely free Fridays and Saturdays!)

Who are you?

We place the greatest emphasis on your personality and attitude. Perhaps you currently work in service, hospitality, or another social profession and are curious about taking the step into the sales industry? For us, the most important thing is that you have drive and the willingness to learn – we coach you in the rest. If you have previous sales experience, it is a big plus.

We place great importance on your ability to build trust and relationships. You are the person who naturally offers a smile, is curious about people, and sees every conversation as an opportunity.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, outgoing, and loves making new connections.

• Speaks and writes good Swedish and has a B driving license.
