About the position
As a Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of our team during the summer, focusing on ensuring that daily financial management runs smoothly. The role involves a range of administrative tasks with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities
The role includes a variety of administrative and bookkeeping-related tasks to support ongoing financial operations.
- Manage supplier invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and customer invoicing
- Register new assets in the fixed asset register
- Perform general administration such as email and mail
- Reconcile account balances
We are looking for you who
- Are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
- Have basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping
- Have good computer skills
- Are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
- Have the ability to collaborate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have
- Relevant vocational or university education in finance
- Experience with similar financial administrative tasks
