About the position

As a Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of our team during the summer, focusing on ensuring that daily financial management runs smoothly. The role involves a range of administrative tasks with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

The role includes a variety of administrative and bookkeeping-related tasks to support ongoing financial operations.

• Manage supplier invoices
• Manage accounts receivable and customer invoicing
• Register new assets in the fixed asset register
• Perform general administration such as email and mail
• Reconcile account balances

We are looking for you who

• Are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
• Have basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping
• Have good computer skills
• Are meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
• Have the ability to collaborate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Relevant vocational or university education in finance
• Experience with similar financial administrative tasks
