Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged after-school care teacher who wants to help further develop our operations in an international and bilingual environment. In your role, you will actively work to stimulate students' learning and development, based on their needs, interests, and experiences. At the same time, you will challenge them to reach new heights by inspiring new knowledge and new perspectives.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate after-school activities together with your colleagues, with a focus on quality, clarity, and continuous development. Through varied working methods, creative learning environments, and a clear structure, you will create a meaningful after-school experience where students develop both socially and academically.

You play an important role in building a strong community where students feel safe, seen, and motivated to succeed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed primary school teacher with a specialization in after-school care and who is driven to create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment.

You are well-versed in the curriculum and work purposefully to develop the quality of the operations. With your energy and creativity, you inspire both students and colleagues, and you thrive in a culture where collaboration and professionalism are central.

You use digital tools as a natural part of your teaching and documentation. Since we are an international school, it is important that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are a clear leader who creates structure and a calm working atmosphere. You build strong relationships and have the ability to motivate students to develop based on their own conditions – always with high expectations and a positive attitude.
