What will you be working on?
As a Customer Communicator, you are the first point of contact for customers when they call. You will handle numerous incoming calls, both together with colleagues and independently.
Your main tasks include:
- Receiving and answering incoming calls in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Handling calls by efficiently routing them to the right department
- Providing support and answering questions from callers
- Independently searching for and using the right information to provide the best possible assistance to the caller
- Actively contributing improvement suggestions to develop our customer service and our own operations
Who are you?
You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for people and is attentive to the needs of everyone who calls in. You can handle difficult calls under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique conversation. You work efficiently and in a structured manner, which is beneficial during the occasionally high-paced tempo. You are a team player who steps up when needed, but also enjoy working independently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience from switchboard operations or work within the service industry (highly advantageous).
- Can work days, evenings, weekends, and nights, as the schedule varies.
- Has good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Finds it easy to search for and absorb information via computer; experience working with various systems and programs is a plus.
About the position
- Employment type: Hourly contract with continued extra work during the autumn.
- Working hours: Varying throughout all hours of the day.
- Start date: May.
- Probation period: 6 months.
