Kylslaget has been working with air-to-air heat pumps since 2007 and is today an established player in climate-smart solutions for private individuals and businesses. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for an engaged and driven customer service representative who wants to help take our customer experience to the next level.

About the role

As a customer service representative at Kylslaget, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers. The role requires you to be accustomed to working at a fast pace and feel comfortable with both telephone and computer work. You will also serve as a central communication link between our sales staff, technicians, and other colleagues – which places high demands on your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach.

The position is based at our headquarters in Vallentuna, at Fågelsångsvägen 16. You will work on-site during the day, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. The employment is permanent, starting with a six-month probationary period, and salary is a fixed monthly wage according to agreement.
