We are a unit with 54 places located in a newly built area in Tullinge. We have both somatically ill patients and people with dementia distributed across six wards.

About the role
You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care interventions and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Regularly, you conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure high quality in the operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you provide every resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in the daily work.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and condition is often decisive for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.
Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked for a few years within elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires that you have both general knowledge about various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging human. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
