Do you want to work with advanced flight systems and influence the entire product lifecycle? We are now looking for a Systems Engineer specializing in structural integrity to join a high-tech team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will become part of the System Design department, where the focus is on airborne systems. The role is hardware-oriented and involves overall responsibility at the system level, working on everything from construction and structural integrity to verification and testing.

You will act as a cohesive link between several disciplines, ensuring the product functions as a whole – from the development phase to the finished product – and will work within a team of 6 people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work on structural integrity issues at the system level.
  • Coordinate between different technical areas such as construction, materials, and thermal analysis.
  • Ensure requirement compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in and drive verification, test planning, and follow-up.
  • Analyze and follow up on test data from physical tests.
  • Develop assembly proposals and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Hold a Master of Science in Engineering degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, technical physics, or similar.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Have knowledge in structural integrity, construction, or materials.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with testing, verification, or laboratory work.
  • Have an understanding of or experience with composite materials.

Furthermore, great importance will be placed on personal suitability. To fit the role, you need to thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving is a major part of the work; no two days are alike. Your planning skills must be good as you continuously work towards deadlines. It is also of great importance that you are self-driven while being flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, we see that you are curious and eager to constantly develop and learn more. As a person, you are communicative and enjoy working with others.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
