In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with operational power, leading several parallel initiatives with a clear business focus. You will work cross-functionally and play a central role in identifying growth opportunities, launching new offerings, and improving organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic commercial projects from start to finish.
• Identify and evaluate growth and retention opportunities.
• Define scope, roadmap, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Drive implementation across multiple functions.
• Ensure progress, momentum, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Prepare decision-making materials for senior leadership.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, project management, or commercial development.
• Documented experience leading strategic initiatives cross-functionally.
• Strong ability to drive implementation and deliver results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Structured project management capabilities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to lead teams and create momentum.
• Excellent communication skills at a management level.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom, subscription-based businesses, or digital consumer brands.
• Background from leading consulting firms.
• Experience with growth initiatives, churn reduction, or product and service launches.
