In the workshop, we work with skis and bicycles. Primarily, we handle the assembly of new products, service, and maintenance. When needed, we also assist in the store.

Your areas of responsibility and tasks will include:

• Training of new employees

• Handling invoices and material orders in the workshop

• Overview of results, sales, and service

• Helping customers find the right products and identifying needs for assembly and service

• Assembly of skis and bicycles

• Service of skis and bicycles

• Ensuring that the workshop's tools and equipment are used safely from an occupational health and safety perspective.

• Keeping the workshop clean and tidy

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have relevant experience from a similar position

• Have an interest in the products and services we sell

• Are motivated to create great customer experiences in collaboration with your team

• Are decisive and able to make and implement decisions

• Have good teamwork skills

• Are efficient, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changes

• Are structured and organized

• Speak and write Swedish or another Scandinavian language fluently
