About the role & the team

You will be part of the team handling all incoming customer inquiries. The team's focus is to provide customers with the best customer experience and deliver effective answers with a high service level.

You will work closely with our 2nd line/claims team, which handles more advanced technical questions. And when you are ready, there are great opportunities to grow further into that area.

Your responsibilities:

  • ☀ Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat – you help, guide, and create a really great customer experience.
  • ☀ Offer our electricity and service contracts to customers who have already contacted us. No cold calling – only relevant offers that can also give you extra commission and a higher salary.
  • ☀ Be Svea Solar's voice to the outside world and make a real difference in how customers perceive us every day.
  • ☀ Work with exciting and technical customer cases that make the daily routine varied and educational.

  • ☀ Calm under pressure and flexible when routines change
  • ☀ Skilled at expressing yourself in Swedish and English, and an experienced computer user
  • ☀ Good at written communication

Previous experience in service or sales is required, for example from part-time jobs, retail, café/restaurant, or customer support.

Working hours: Office hours Mon-Fri

Permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Start as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period.

Workplace: Alvik Strand. We work full-time in the office to ensure good collaboration within the team.
