About Us

Kajsas i Tullen is located by Hornstulls Strand on Södermalm. At Kajsas, we cook our own food with a focus on high quality and fine ingredients.

As serving staff, you will work in a tight and supportive team offering a wide range of hot food such as hamburgers, sausages, and grilled sandwiches, as well as coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails.

About the Role

As kitchen and serving staff, you are responsible for giving guests a positive experience through professional service at the register and efficient, hygienic work in the kitchen.

The role is varied and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills.

You enjoy working at a high pace, have good multitasking abilities, and are stress-resistant – especially during intense and busy periods. You have a positive attitude, enjoy collaboration, and contribute to a workplace where we help each other and have fun together. Experience in customer service is an asset, as is industry experience. What matters most to us is that you are engaged, eager to develop, and put the guest first.

Responsibilities

Register & Guest Service

• Take orders and handle payments
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional service
• Handle inquiries and customer issues
• Serve alcohol and coffee
• Keep the register area clean and organized
• Restocking and receiving deliveries

Kitchen & Food Preparation

• Prepare and cook dishes according to routines
• Prepare ingredients and maintain order in the kitchen
• Fry, grill, and assemble dishes according to orders
• Ensure good food hygiene
• Restocking and receiving deliveries

Cleaning & Collaboration

• Follow daily cleaning routines
• Work according to routines and handovers
• Help where needed and contribute to a good work climate

Working Hours: Varied shifts between 09:00–00:30.

Qualifications

• Experience from cash register, café, or restaurant is an asset
• Basic kitchen experience is an asset
• Good sense of service and communication skills
• Stress-resistant, structured, and responsible
• Enjoys a fast pace and can take own initiatives

Employment
