We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in social services case management within both Elderly Care and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We are seeing a significant increase in the demand for these specific competencies and are seeking someone who wants to use their knowledge to make a real difference. In the role of a consultant, you will step in to relieve units that are in great need of extra help, making a difference for both the existing staff and the clients. Consultants are directly decisive for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in case loads, or sick leaves and parental leaves that create a need for temporary staff. We have social work assignments all over Sweden - this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments in the future.

We see that in this challenging labor market, many people also temporarily step in as consultants while they are searching for permanent positions – thereby giving themselves a greater chance of employment, both in the short and long term.

Your experience:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in public authority administration
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operational system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to be able to start a profile in our system, for example, CV and degree certificate.

We then use this profile to match you with, and make suggestions about, relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we will agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual. We always agree on all parts before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who choose what you are interested in. You should always feel secure in every step of the process.

When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your nearest contact person at our office, who guides and supports you through the assignment from start to finish.
