We are looking for you who are reliable, secure, courageous, and possess strong social skills. It is an advantage if you enjoy working in a structured manner and can follow the guidelines that exist in the client's life and contribute to her well-being. Applicants must be over 20 years old, energetic, and alert.
The client is a 37-year-old woman seeking personal assistants. She needs a responsible and secure person by her side during all her waking hours.
Hours: Daytime with double staffing (7.5 hours).
The client has autism and a developmental disability. We communicate using pictures and signs as support. Experience in this area is a plus, as is knowledge of low-affective handling and the ability to work pedagogically and follow instructions. However, this is not a requirement; the willingness to learn and personal suitability are the most important factors!
The job involves helping her with daily tasks, structuring her day, suggesting various activities, and assisting her with household management.
