Now, we are seeking a Talent Manager/Consulting Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our collaborations in the Mälaren region.

Your Role: More Than Just an Office Job

As a Talent Manager with us, you are the face of Randstad's operations. You are a strategic partner to our clients and a reliable leader for our consultants. Your day-to-day is dynamic, moving seamlessly between deep business discussions with clients and coaching conversations on the production line. With us, you are responsible for:

• Business Development: You build and nurture relationships with decision-makers. You actively identify growth opportunities and sell solutions that make a real difference to the client's efficiency.

• Leadership & Matching: You drive recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring the right person lands in the right place. As a people manager, you coach your consultants through their entire journey with us – from introduction to the next step in their career.

• Quality & Structure: You ensure that administration runs smoothly, that salaries and invoicing are correct, and that we always deliver with the highest quality and traceability.

Who Are You?

We believe you are a person with gravitas who inspires trust through your expertise and warm approach. You are confident in yourself and navigate quickly in environments where conditions can change in the blink of an eye.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Industry Background: You have worked as a team leader, production manager, or similar role in an industrial environment and understand our clients' challenges. Alternatively, you have a few years of experience as a consulting manager with a focus on logistics and industry.

• A Heart for Service: You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the client is satisfied and see solutions where others see problems.

• Flexibility: You enjoy varying working hours – sometimes you are up with the rooster for a morning shift, other times you stay late to meet the evening team.

• Languages & Driver's License: You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and hold a driver's license to easily move between our clients.

Location and Scope

The position is full-time, permanent. You will be based at our office in Västerås but will spend much of your time on-site with our clients around the Mälaren region.
