As IT Support Team Lead, you will become a key person in our internal IT team. You have process responsibility for our important support process, and your main task is to ensure the best possible system support for the business.

You do not have personnel responsibility, but you lead the functional work and collaborate closely with our system specialists. You are the support team's fixed resource and the hub that ensures we work according to our processes. To assist you, our system specialists rotate into support as needed, distributing their time between support cases, projects, and development. Your role includes ensuring, together with the CIO, that support is properly staffed at all times to provide the business with truly sharp support.

Responsibilities

In the role of IT Support Team Lead, you handle a broad range of tasks, from operational problem solving to ensuring the structure of our delivery. You act as a bridge between the business and IT, with a special focus on optimizing our support operations. This means you will:

  • Act as a fixed point in support: Provide IT support for the business's ERP systems and resolve cases together with the system specialists scheduled for support on that day.
  • Plan staffing: Ensure support is properly staffed by managing the daily flow and coordinating the rotation of system specialists between support and projects.
  • Drive processes: Ensure the team follows common processes, as well as follow up and analyze KPIs.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis: Identify and investigate recurring problems in our systems and propose long-term solutions.
  • Reporting: Generate statistics and decision-making materials, document system changes, and specify requirements to external suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have extensive experience working with ERP systems and business-critical support.
  • You have experience in a coordinating role (e.g., Team Lead, Coordinator, or Incident Manager) within IT support.
  • You have the ability to work with SQL tools for data management and reporting.
  • You have good knowledge of BI systems and experience in creating analyses.
  • You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with support and administration of Infor M3.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service.

You are analytical and proactive, motivated to investigate problems in depth. As a person, you are a humble team player with a strong sense of responsibility, happy to help where needed, while keeping the big picture in mind.
