Entercard is now looking for a Customer Operations Consultant. Gain valuable experience in banking and finance this summer in a role where you will have significant responsibility and make your own decisions.

About the Role

Entercard is one of the leading players in credit cards and personal loans in the Nordics, helping millions of customers with their financial needs on a daily basis.

As a Customer Operations Consultant at Entercard, you will work on handling applications for personal loans and credit cards via digital channels. You will become part of a team of approximately 9 people and, following your introduction, will be granted the mandate to independently make credit decisions. The role means you will quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the business during the summer. You will be based at Entercard's modern and newly renovated office in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Operations Consultant, you will handle applications for personal loans and credit cards, make credit decisions, and provide professional service to customers, contributing to high quality and efficiency in the application process.

  • Handle incoming applications with high quality according to applicable regulations and policies
  • Make credit decisions for new customers
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Provide professional service and guidance on issues related to the application process

We are looking for you who

  • Are available for full-time work from June 8th to August 14th
  • Are a student or recent graduate
  • Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Are a quick learner and thrive in a role where the pace can be high
  • Are service-oriented and communicative
  • Are analytical and confident in making your own decisions
  • Are a team player who contributes to the team's common goals

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in service professions, such as retail or customer service
  • Experience working with the telephone as a work tool
